Located on Broome Street, this 2,037 square-foot site underwent a gut renovation and implements a design that preserves and highlights the existing architectural features of the land marked building, constructed in 1900. The open plan design remains true to Morgane Le Fay’s signature unembellished aesthetic and utilizes the abundance of natural light afforded by large storefront windows and rear skylight.

The combination of natural light and the warm grays that coat the interior from floor to ceiling generate a diffused glow throughout the shop; highlighting merchandise that seemingly float within the space from ceiling suspended fixtures. The minimal interiors and quality of light create an understated and intimate atmosphere.
